Dr. Denis Fougerouse is an enthusiastic early career researcher with a geological background. Denis is a specialist of trace element distribution in sulphide ores and has developed an integrated workflow combining state-of-the-art characterisation techniques, including atom probe tomography, to investigate the microstructural and microchemical evolution of ore minerals. This workflow, across different scales, provides the key elements needed to understand the geological formation of ore deposit and optimisation of metallurgy extraction techniques.
